My name’s Emily.

I’m a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota, living in Minneapolis, MN, and I could not ask for a more perfect city (save for Seattle, Portland, or San Fran, but I digress).

  I have a passion for health and fitness, though it tends to ebb and flow. I’m hoping that the re-launch of this blog will be a motivation factor to stay on track.
